Default Bohemian Rhapsody

Graham bought me the DVD this morning - I've just watched it - twice - and sobbed all the way through it!

It wasn't the film that made me cry - I loved it! It was great, if not exactly historically accurate which didn't matter at all to me because it was never presented as a documentary - and the guy who played Freddie was brilliant, but he wasn't Freddie - then again, who could be?

I think he - Graham - wasn't sure he'd done the right thing to buy it, at one point he said gently, "D'you think you'll ever get over Freddie?"

Seems unlikely - twenty-seven years since he left us 5 days after my birthday and I still fill up at the opening bars of 'Who wants to live forever'!

If you haven't seen it - you really should!

Thanka for the recommendation Chris. I have a weekend alone next week so shall pick it up and watch it then. I've been dying to see it and wish I'd made it to the cinema.

I feel your pain Chris, I can't listen to 'Who wants to live forever' without balling my eyes out. I loved him too! Such a tragic tale. I haven't seen Bohemian Rhapsody yet but I I am waiting for it to appear in the Sky Box office!
