I used to make all my bread the way they did with the baps in the market, unbelievably quick and easy . Will get to grips with it again when kids are in school.
Only prob is it tastes so good you can't stop eating it! :shock:

We watched it and Roy said "I could bake bread" .... as the kitchen is a pretty alien land to him I did ask why and he said "it will be genetic".

I'm not sure having one ancestor who was a baker in 1700 is going to mean that it will come that naturally - but I'd like to see him try :lol:

Let me know how Roy gets on because Graham has ambitions to bake baps too - I'm not struck on the Hairy Bikers - I never saw any hand-washing and all those rings they wear must harbour a multitude of bacteria, and that's not even touching on the likelihood of hair dropping into the mixture - Ugh! :catsick:
