You don't ask easy question do you?
Film: The Thirty Nine Steps with Robert Donat.
Book: This is really obscure, but it is the Victorian novel Within The Precincts by Margaret Oliphant - who is my favourite writer and it was illustrated by my favourite artist Frank Dicksee, so it's doubly a favourite.
TV: The 1960s serial The Adventures of Robinson Crusoe.
CD: Stadium Arcadium by the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
..... well you did ask!

The problem i have, is that i have loooads of fave films, books and cd's - but i can NEVER remember the name of them
What i can remember:
Film - Childhood fave is Drop Dead Fred
Book - Dave Pelzers 3 books. Very sad reading. It feels wrong to say that these were my favourite books, as they are all about such a tragic subject.
CD - Avril Lavignes albums - i always seem to go back to them every few months.
