His advice about getting the right underwear is excellent. I bought some Tescos magic knickers (high waisted) and a pushup padded bra, puit on a tight wrap dress and it totally transformed my body shape!! A good friend in work, even asked if I'd had any "cosmetic enhancements". I really do agree that you need to get the foundations right first, you need to really ignore what size the bra label says, and leave aside a good 2 hours to try on a variety of styles and sizes before you get the right one

What will happen if you pull and get home, all "oooohhh baby, Im looking sexy' and then drag all your suck in, push up, flatten here and shove out there undies off and it all flops back to where it was to begin with - heaving a sigh of relief?

Bet that doesnt look good naked?

I have 2 pairs of trousers that i have to wear magic knickers with...i feel fab all night...

Then i get home, whip of the trousers, peel of the magic knickers, and everything goes BLEEEUGGGGHHHH Wobble wobble flop........that feeling is GREAT :lol: i can breathe once again! :lol:

I've always wondered......if you wear 'foundation' stuff...where does 'it' all go, the controlled bits?? Keep thinking, it must be jollied along somewhere...but where? You are still the same size...yup my physics was always pants!!!

Its all just sort of squished inwards...apart from some which spills out the top and gives you bloomin awful back fat :lol:
