Hi Everyone,

Thanks for the welcome every one. I am the proud new mum of Billy-Bob a 12 week old Siamese. He's lovely - can't imagine life without him now! I work from a home office, so he is my constant office companion - usually causing more havoc than help (although he is asleep on my lap under the desk at the moment, so can type without my fingers being pounced on!).

I have an old 'moggy' Kiri who is 16 years old too but she is rather reserved and keeps herself to herself. Has accepted a new kitten in the house which is amazing, although won't let him near her food at the moment but that's no bad thing as she was here first and I can keep him to kitten food too.

I also have a Pekingnese dog and a Rottweiller - a strange combination I know. Billy-Bob spends a lot of his time when he's not with me, curled up in the Rotties legs (I will try to get some pics uploaded it's lovely to see).

Anyway, hopefully, I won't have too many problems that I have to call along for help with but what I've read so far has been really useful. They're more like little people aren't they. It was either a new kitten or a new baby (my son is 18 now, so believe me, my husband got off light in buying me a kitten for my birthday).
