I had been looking of a big hooded bed for my two. I came across a couple on Ebay who make just what I was looking for. You can pick from a range of fabrics, and choose either to have the entrance a standard size (more for small dogs) or cat sized ones. The dimensions are 24” square by 19” high, which is the biggest size they do. It is so roomy inside, you can't really see on the photos just how much. There is room for four cats inside, maybe more if they snuggle up! It cost £35 plus £8 p&p, and it is very well made. I have seen hooded beds recently for the same price that were barely big enough for one cat, and certainly not as well made. So, if anyone is looking for a big hooded bed, I can highly recommend getting one of these.<O:p</O:p

Thanks very much for posting this. I was just about to post a request for recommendations on this very product, and you'd already posted the answer! These look the best I've seen, and just what I wanted.

they look great from your picture however, when I click on the link it says the item has been removed. Do you still have the couple's details so I can see if they still have any?

WEll, my new hooded bed arrived today; it is the 'digby's dome' model, which is smaller than the one Bagheera recommended, but still absolutely HUGE, my two are swamped in it. The quality really is superb, very sturdy, gorgeous soft fabric, and really smart. I'll try and post a pic once I get a chance- though it is so big that you cant really see them once they're inside it.
